Garnacha fra gamle busk-vine
265,00 kr.
Meget rolig pump-over på daglig basis.

2022
Parker 95P: "They adjusted the picking dates, and the 2022 Camino de Auritz sees a jump in freshness and elegance, finishing with a full 1% less alcohol than the 2021 (this has 13.5%). It's Garnacha from two old plots of 0.22 and 0.1 hectares on limestone soils at 450-plus meters above sea level, where they found some plants of Garnacha Gris. It fermented with 50% full clusters and indigenous yeasts (including malolactic) and matured in used French oak barrels for 11 months. This is a big jump in quality from the previous year. Unfortunately, there are only 874 bottles of this wine. It was bottled in August 2024. The wine is harmonious and approachable but should also age nicely in bottle."
2021
Parker 93P "There is a new wine from two plots of old Garnacha in the village of Muruzabal, the two northernmost plots they have, planted with some Garnacha Gris intermixed with the red. The 2021 Camino de Auritz has been fermented separately since 2018, but it was bottled on its own for the first time in 2021. They always found it to be different; and in 2021, the ripeness was through, and the wine finished with 14.5% alcohol and a more Mediterranean profile than the 2022 I tasted next to it, with a darker color and darker berry fruit too. They used 50% full clusters for the fermentation, and the wine matured in French oak barrels for 11 months. Only 613 bottles produced. it was bottled in June 2023."
